How did I get in to Triathlon:	Participated in the 2005 “Uni Bar Challenge” of a Gym Triathlon – Rowing Ergo, Stationary Bike, Treadmill run. Then raced at Noosa in 2006 in a team, and the rest is history.
Hobbies:	Developing Fitness in Numbers, having coffee, sitting on the couch!
What would I do if I wasn’t a triathlete:	Earn more money!
What's the best advice I have ever received:	“A lot of people can train hard, for one day, two days, a week! The very best do it consistently, day in, day out, good days and bad!”
Sporting hero:	Lance Armstrong, Maik Petzold, and many others!
Favourite Food:	Biscuits
Favourite Drink:	Caramel Latte (try it before you call it gay!)
Favourite Book:	I have to go with the crowd and say “It’s not about the Bike.” I don’t read that much!
Favourite Movie:	The Girl Next Door
Words of wisdom:	You’ll never plough a field if you only turn it over in your mind.
